Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the contact form or email, including the reservation date and service details. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
For all airport transfers, one hour of waiting time is free. Beyond one hour, each additional hour of waiting will be charged at the standard rate.
In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes beyond the agreed pickup time, a non-divisible hour of waiting will be charged based on the booked vehicle category. This rate will apply regardless of the actual waiting time.
A 15-minute courtesy period is offered before the scheduled pickup time for each transfer. This courtesy period is designed to provide some flexibility in case of minor delays.
